COMPANY PROFILE

SALACNIB INDUSTRIAL SECURITY CORPORATION, conceptualized in 1990 by a group of security professionals with more than a decade of active involvement in the security industry was incorporated in 1993. These same security professionals organized the Sandigan Security Protective & Investigation Agency, Inc. in 1983 and Sigasig Security Services, Inc. in 1989. Salacnib, Sandigan & Sigasig with interlocking management Directorate in harnessing the effectiveness of its more than Two Thousand (2,000.00) security guards, have access also to each other’s existing basic security equipment like vehicles, motorcycles, guns, radios and electronic detection devices, among others. The hand-held radios issued to the posted guards is netted to a 24 hrs. communication base radio. The offices of Salacnib, Sigasig & Sandigan located at the Ground Floor FIDC Building, 939 Aurora Boulevard, Cubao, Quezon City, has a conference and training room equipped with various security training paraphernalia to insure the Agency’s commitment in providing only highly-trained and professional guard to its clients.

CAPITAL STRUCTURE :
Ensuring that the Corporation shall be financially responsive to the initial operating cost required of the security agency, the incorporators have exceeded then the PNP-SAGSD paid-up capital requirement of P300,000.00 by providing an initial capital of P500,000.00 with authorized capitalization of Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00). Anticipating its growth in 1995, its capitalization was increased to a Million Pesos paid-up capital with a back up reserve if necessary, to meet the need of its increasing clientele like basic technical equipment and the prompt payment of the salaries of its posted guards, among others.

One distinct feature of our service to clients is a free security survey and advice to determine its security needs.

COMMITMENT :
Knowing fully well that security is a very sensitive endeavor, we are committed for excellence in security performance by offering the maximum motivation for our guards in paying them the regulated minimum wage and other fringe benefits like SSS, Philhealth, ECC and Pag-ibig contributions. Coupled with these measures, the guards are provided with the necessary communication equipment like radios and other security paraphernalia to enhance effectively on their security mission. Along that line, the guards periodically undergo re-training seminars to develop their skills in their line of work.
